What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

  • Digital Payments: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

  • Gift Cards: Vibe the People store credit and gift cards (coming soon!)

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 7-14 business days to process and ship, depending on location and product availability.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Shipping rates vary based on location.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit. Some items, including custom or final sale pieces, are non-returnable.
